There’s a certain football championship game coming this weekend. For film fans, though, the real “Super Sunday” is still more than a month away. Hollywood’s biggest night will happen on March 15, when the 98th annual Academy Awards will be handed out. The speculation is picking up steam, and there are questions to be answered. With a record 16 nominations in its pocket, how many trophies will Ryan Coogler’s Sinners take home? Can Amy Madigan win the Best Supporting Actress award for Weapons, 40 years after her only other nomination for Once in a Lifetime? Can Hamnet pull off a Best Picture upset similar to the one Shakespeare in Love achieved back in 1999? And will any of the KPop Demon Hunters show up in person to claim their award?
