It’s June at last! What’s more, Mission: Impossible–The Final Reckoning, the eighth and final (?) entry in the series; Lilo & Stitch, Disney’s latest live-action remake of an animated hit; and Karate Kid: Legends, number six in the martial arts franchise, are all now in theatres. This means the Summer movie season, 2025 edition, is in full swing. And, as the above titles demonstrate, it once again promises to be a season filled with sequels, spin-offs, reboots, and remakes.
