Remembering David Warner: 1941-2022

On July 24th, British actor David Warner died of a lung cancer-related illness at the age of 80. For six decades Warner established himself as one of entertainment’s most in-demand actors through his acclaimed work in theater, films and on television. Among his best-loved roles are Jack the Ripper in Time After Time, the evil Sark in Tron, Chancellor Gorkon in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and Spicer Lovejoy in 1997’s Titanic. Notable TV work included episodes of Twin Peaks, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Doctor Who, making him a favorite among genre fans.
