Create-A-Caption: Labyrinth

Currently celebrating its 35th anniversary is Labyrinth, the spectacular puppet-filled fantasy about Sarah, a lonely, daydreaming teenage girl (Jennifer Connelly), who, after being aggravated by her younger brother Toby, wishes he be whisked away by the evil Goblin King Jareth (David Bowie), a character in a play she’s involved with. After Jareth grants Sarah’s request, he then offers her 13 hours to rescue her brother from a mystical kingdom’s labyrinth. Jim Henson directed this cult classic from a script by Terry Jones.

In honor of the film’s milestone anniversary and its 4K Ultra HD debut this week, we are showcasing Labyrinth as this week’s Create-A-Caption. We’ve taken a still from the film below and given it a comedic caption, we encourage you to Magic Dance your way to the comments and do the same!

Labyrinth

“I’d ask them to play “Let’s Dance” but I think that would be a bit too on the nose.”
