Aquaman continues to break box office records, becoming the highest-grossing DC Comics film to date and earning over $900,000,000 to date. Not bad for a comic character who was largely considered to be a joke (so much so that an Aquaman film once served as a subplot on Entourage) before Jason Momoa stepped into the role. Aquaman made his debut all the way back in 1941, but right now he is enjoying his biggest success ever…much to the contentment of comic fans across the globe.
