Happy Mother’s Day! On this special holiday we take a break from the world to focus on the women who raised us…both in real life and popular culture. Over the decades there have been countless movie and TV moms who have shown us guidance and help put us on the right path, and as such we want to celebrate them! So for this Mother’s Day Open Thread, we want you to tell us who your favorite pop culture moms are. From traditional choices like Carol Brady (Florence Henderson) on The Brady Bunch to lesser thought-of picks like Norma Bates from Psycho or the Alien Queen from Aliens (hey, no judgment here!) we want you to share with us which fictional mothers impacted your life in a very real way.
