Today’s pick for Trailer of the Day is National Lampoon’s Animal House, John Landis‘ hugely influential campus comedy. The film chronicles the “slobs vs. straights” war that rages between two fraternities at the fictional Faber College in 1962. Watch as Delta House misfits Otter (Tim Matheson), Bluto (John Belushi), Boon (Peter Riegert), Pinto (Tom Hulce), and Flounder (Stephen Furst) use food fights, dead horses, toga parties, and a calamitous parade float to battle a rival frat and a crusty dean (John Vernon). Karen Allen, Donald Sutherland also were featured in the movie’s top-notch cast.
