Create-A-Caption: Christmas In Connecticut

Since MovieFanFare’s festival of festivities is well underway, the next couple of Create-A-Captions will feature a holiday flair. This week’s comes to us via the 1945 Yuletide classic Christmas in Connecticut. The wonderful holiday farce stars Barbara Stanwyck as a New York food writer out to make points with her publisher (Sydney Greenstreet) by inviting a war hero (Dennis Morgan) to her country home for an old-fashioned family Christmas dinner. Now all she’s got to do is find a country home, learn how to cook, and cobble together a family!
