As part of our Planet of the Apes Week series of posts, this week’s Create-A-Caption comes to us via the sci-fi classic Escape from the Planet of the Apes. The film is especially interesting as it is, for a brief period of time before its dark conclusion, the funniest of all the Planet of the Apes films. The movie’s dramatic tonal shift feels like a gut punch to viewers, making it an unforgettable viewing experience.
