The 4th of July is just around the corner, and with it we find our thoughts turning to what movies we’ve enjoyed in the summers past. Ever since Jaws ushered in the era of the summer blockbuster in 1975 — can you believe it has been 42 years since that came out? — movie studios have attempted to outdo themselves every time the season rolls around.
