As difficult as it may seem to believe, director David Cronenberg‘s 1986 remake of the sci-fi classic The Fly is celebrating its 30th birthday. Highlighted by star Jeff Goldblum‘s manic performance as a brilliant scientist destroyed by his desire to make the world a better place, the film is as powerful and disturbing today as it was three decades ago.
