Actor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=david+ogden+stiers&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">David Ogden Stiers<\/a> has died at the age of 75 at his home in Oregon following a battle with bladder cancer. Best known as the lovably pompous Major Charles Emerson Winchester III on the television series <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=mash&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">M*A*S*H*<\/a><\/em> (on which he appeared from 1977 to its beloved finale in 1983), Stiers also appeared on screen in guest appearances on shows like <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=the+mary+tyler+moore+show&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Mary Tyler Moore Show<\/a><\/em>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=star+trek%3A+the+next+generation&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Star Trek: The Next Generation<\/a><\/em>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=murder+she+wrote&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Murder, She Wrote<\/a><\/em>, and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/search?q=frasier&#038;mod=AP\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Frasier<\/a><\/em> (among many others). When not appearing in front of the camera, he could regularly be heard in several high-profile voiceover roles, most notably as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/mu-collectibles\/b230787?az=15-3857#!?pagenum=2\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Cogsworth<\/a> in Disney&#8217;s 1991 version of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moviesunlimited.com\/beauty-and-the-beast-25th-anniversary\/786936852875\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Beauty as the Beast<\/a><\/em>.
