So sad that to make all this happen, The "Colonel" would have had to die and loosen the grip he had on Elvis. It is for sure, Elvis was the Greatest and had so much more to do before his untimely death. Always alive in my heart

I knew/suspected the information for quite sometime perhaps not as outlined in the report.
Somewhere in some deep southern area he is relaxed as he celebrates his 75th.

An interesting article. Who knows what Elvis was capable of if only he was allowed to do what he wanted to do. His accomplishments would have been many. I heard long ago that at the time of his death he was planning on not signing up with RCA again and was going to form his own recording company, movie company and TV production. He was also planning on performing overseas. He had everything going for him. He never lost his fantastic voice.

Nice piece. There was some good thought to not just create a world for Elvis, but to fit him into interesting roles that we have some knowledge of, that could work.

Best was that his choices were not predicated on Elvis, the singer for many of the roles. Nicely believeable.

Good work.
