Today we highlight the films of Alfred Hitchcock<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Included are: Dial M For Murder <\/a>(1954); Notorious <\/a>(1946); Vertigo <\/a>(1958); Rear Window <\/a>(1954); North By Northwest <\/a>(1959); and To Catch A Thief <\/a>(1955).<\/p>\n

I really love the way the North By Northwest poster keeps you off-kilter, just like the movie. Similarly, Vertigo does a superb job conveying its subject matter, plus its graphic design and simple color palette are spot-on. But, for me, it comes down to the taut, tension-filled imagery of Dial M and the more overt Rear Window posters. Dial M is more slick but I\u2019ll give the nod to Rear Window which artistically conveys Hitchcock\u2019s voyeuristic theme, and that with all things there is more than meets the eye\u2014even with binoculars.<\/p>\n
