    I do wish that Kanye West had been around in 1942 (the year they gave out the awards for the films of 1941) so that when the Oscar for Best Picture that year went to "How Green Was My Valley," he could have jumped on the stage, grabbed the microphone away, and shouted, "'Citizen Kane' is the best film of all time — of all time!"
