No question Dolores Moran was a sexy and very attractive gal. I don't believe she was given the roles in which she might have achieved hiher recognition.
Have also felt the same way about Sonia Darrin who appeared in The Big Sleep with Bogie.

i think that she is one beautieful lady

Dolores was stunning and had a screen presence that displayed beauty with grace and such a distinct femininity, all of today's actresses could and should study. These gifts aren't easy to demonstrate. Many of today's young "talents" can't walk or move and certainly cannot speak with her level of womanhood.

she was a terrific actress. how well i remember her. happy birthday.

  6. Frank DeCavalcante says:

I still remember her as a stunning beauty in the Ida Lupino melodrams, "The Man I Love". In a film with many glamorous actresses, Dolores was definitely the most exciting. Although she played an errant wife and a tramp, she garnered sympathy and elicited pity when she was tragically killed.

When I was a kid and first saw this movie, I shed copious tears that such a lovely creature died.

I think there are mksaties in the whole wide world but if you want to be the gate keeper to point out all the mksaties, your job will never be done. Stumble upon can be positive and productive if we focus on what is right and not what is wrong. Everyone seems to be focused on what is wrong these days.

HOW WELL I REMEMBER DOLORES MORAN WHEN I WAS A KID, WATCHING HER WITH BOGIE IN " TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT" AND SOME OTHER CLASSICS SHE MADE OVER AT WARNER BROS. MAY I WISH HER A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY AND HAPPY TO HEAR SHE IS STILL AROUND AND BEING REMEMBERED AS A LOVELY LADY AND A FINE ACTRESS...-30-

The way that this piece was written was a bit confusing, but Ms. Moran died February 5, 1982. It isn't unusual for fans to wish their favorite performers happy returns, after they've passed. But if you'll check, Miss Moran is no longer with us. I'm sorry to have to break the news, but isn't wonderful to have her contributions on film for us to enjoy? We are blessed.

Tarantino's last Bill (David Carradie) died a pttrey horrible death (by autoerotic asphyxiation). Looking at the outfits Gaga wears, the same might be possible for her. Hope there isn't some kind of Kill Bill curse.Carradine's ex-wife has written a book about the late Bill, called David Carradine: The Eye of My Tornado . I'm sure it will mention the Bill role in Carradine's career revival. I'm curious to read that.

She looks great; and I dont even like blonds

I'm from the UK, and often poplee from the US seem uptight about sex and maybe a bit extreme in terms of politics and religion. However most of the porn and gambling stuff on the net seems to be American, why is that? Why don't the religious campaign against that rather than being against evolution, abortion clinics and gun laws.
